Exhuast...

When it comes down to it, I wanna get an exhaust that doesnt sound ricer, but when I stomp it, I want it to say a little.. you know? Sorta subtle by idle but sound good when you hit it.. Anyone got some ideas? I hear tanabe is pretty decent.. but while ima t work i cant watch videos on youtube or anything to hear the sounds so im kinda screwed atm =/

And I know exhaust doesnt add but like5-9hp but I want something thats not ricer and adds the best hp (keeping in mind, the sound is really what I am after overall.. as long as its subtle then BRAP! xD

i am currently working on a small leak between the header and y-pipe, but it could be a noob mistake on my part and i got mine used, so keep that in mind. all of my o2 sensors seized up trying to get them out of the stock headers and y-pipe, ended up having to use a dremel to clean up the bottom threads of 2 of them because they were mangled from being wrenched out. luckily there was enough thread left to bite into the megan hardware. the cars feels a little stronger, definitely pulls above 3500 rpm, hopefully when i get rid of the leak i will get more low end punch out of them.

Do you still have your stock header, if so look at the part that connects to the y-pipe you will see there are two washers in there that are removable. If they are rusted to much you can pick them up in any auto parts store once you place those washers in and put some high temp silcone you will be good to go.

well, i got all new hardware (bolts and washers) for the install, and the guy who had this before me was running double gasket, so im gonna try that and see if it seals up. if not find some silicone for sure :thumbsup:
